This country house is situated in a very calm and picturesque village near Soissons, easy to reach from England. The distance from Calais is 163 miles (271 km) with 134 miles (217 km) of expressway that is 3 hours drive.

The house has charm, it is surrounded by a garden. It is placed in a village with 100 inhabitants, with lots of forest around and very nice country walks available very near the house.

It has a wide living room, three rooms one with a double bed, a kitchen, bathroom, an overall space of 163 square meter. Outside the house, there is a wide space with plants and a garden table which allows for breakfast and dinner in the sun. There is big wood barn in front of the house and a natural well.

The house is comfortable, country style, has all the furniture and utilities needed, including instruments : piano, guitar, and also Internet connection, TV, VCR and DVD.

In the summer, the place is very sunny. The atmosphere is light and the air very pure.

Paris is only an hour away by car, so it is easy to get to the capital. Otherwise, the cities of Soissons and Villers Cotterets are located about 20 km from the village and make it easy to do shopping. One can easily visit shops, museums, historical sites, castles, do horseriding, boating, fishing, swimming, karting and many other activities. One can also enjoy a beach half an hour from the house and also a CenterPark.
The renting fee is 500 euros per week and can be less depending on the season.

The place is ideal for people who want to enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere. Many English people rent or buy houses or places to stay in this region. They enjoy the beauty and calmness and easy living.

Cette maison de campagne est situé dans un village calme et pittoresque entre Villers Cotterets et Soissons.
Doté d’un grand charme, la maison est entourée par un jardin. Elle se trouve dans un village d’une centaine d’habitants avec énormément de forêt alentour et de très belles promenades tout près de la maison.
La maison dispose d’un vaste salon, de trois chambres dont une avec un lit double, une salle de bain, un WC, soit espace total de 163 mètres carrés. À l’extérieur de la maison se trouve une cours avec plantes et fleurs, et une table de jardin qui permet de se restaurer au soleil ou sous un parasol. Une grande en bois avec un puits se trouve face à la maison, il offre un vaste espace de rangements (vélos, etc).
La maison a un style rustique, et tous les meubles et nécessaires à un séjour confortable : four, réfrigérateur/congélateur, machine à laver, mais aussi un piano, lecteurs cassettes vidéo et DVD, chaîne Hifi.
L’été, l’endroit est très ensoleillé. L’atmosphère est légère et l’air très pur.
La maison se trouve à une heure de Paris en voiture. Les villes de Soissons et Villers Cotterets se trouvent à une vingtaine de kilomètres ce qui favorise les achats mais aussi les activités : piscine, bowling, karting etc. Une boulangerie se trouve à 2 kilomètres de la maison et un camion passe le matin pour vendre du pain. La location est au maximum de 500 euros par semaine et varie selon la saison.
L’endroit est parfait pour ceux qui veulent se retrouver dans une atmosphère relaxante.
