Between sea and mountain, this typical Catalonia villa is located in a very quiet area with only similar individual houses. This villa has two floors. At the ground floor, the front door opens on a large and well lighted living room. An arcade separates it from a full equipped kitchen. At the back, there are a twin bed room with large wall clothes and a complete bathroom. A beautiful marble stairs give access to the first floor where you will find two double bed rooms with also large wall clothes and a complete bathroom. The main bed room has a big balcony or solarium where you have a beautiful view on the sea with mountain in background. The swimming pool is front of the villa and its covered terrace. A beautiful barbecue (BBQ) stands just behind the terrace. All of our furniture is new. The kitchen is completely equipped with modern devices: vitro ceramic, dishwasher. Everything to cook and eat are available. The bathrooms are complete and the bath could be use as shower. The toilet (2) are inside the bathroom. (one by floor). In the garden or in the garage, you have also table, armchairs, umbrella and beach beds (3). The garden is completely fenced in with wall and is always shaded back the villa. On the left side, there are a garage and parking place for two cars. This place is between sea and mountain. You can start your day on the beach and finish it in the mountains of Santa Marina drinking fresh mineral water. Playa Cristal is the main beach. One of the most beautiful beach in Europe: very long and large with fine sand and a walking place.

Miami Playa, the village where is located this villa is in urbanisation area . No big hotels or buildings. Only beautiful individual houses built between sea and mountains. This very quiet area is meanwhile very well equipped in shops and restaurants. Our favourite ones are San Critobal and Borda del Manel. In the neighbourhood, you will find two golf courses for fans of this sport. Lot of other sports could be practice: tennis, cycling, rafting, diving, surf and ....In summary, all main mountain and sea sport are possible in less than 10 miles distance. Cambrils, a typical fishing port is only at 6 miles. There, every day you can buy fresh fishes that you can cook on the barbecue and eat with delicious wine (roso, tinto, negro, blanco) bought in local bodega. For "fiesta', Salou is the perfect place, only at 10 miles. There, the nightlife is good with dancing, pub, casino and all night leisure's. You have typical English pub where you can sing in karaoke all night. Salou is also "Port Ventura" , Warner family attraction park where the Temple of Fire, Tutu Splash and spectacles will enjoy all the family. Lot of other activities are available in the neighbourhood and tourism centre could give you all information on specific interest.
